Support Information
Bug Fixes
As bugs are brought to our attention, we put every effort forth to fix
the bug and release a patch as soon as possible. If you have subscribed
to our support and upgrade package, you will be notified of the bug fixes
immediately. A support and upgrade agreement is not needed to receive
bug fixes.
Email Support
If you subscribe to our support package, you are entitled to UNLIMITED
email support. All support requests by you will be addressed and
resolved as quickly as possible
to your satisfaction. If the problem is a bug in
the software, no maintenance agreement is needed to submit the bug, and
download the patch. Bug fixes are free to all who purchase FileX. No support will be given
if the problem is with code changes you have made, or if it is related to a code change
made by you, regardless of if you have the support package or not.
